Our Passion For Cosmetic Surgery in Poland

Please take a moment to view the video clip on the right of this page. You will hear our surgeon, Adam Kalecinski talk of his passion for cosmetic surgery, his customer focus and proven experience.

A patient gives his views on his recent rhinoplasty and speaks highly of the outcome and the care he received – even at day 4 post procedure – hence the bruising and bandages. The patient is still swollen, so the true results of the surgery will not yet be apparent.

Also, enjoy a look around the clinic and experience a glimpse of Wroclaw’s own beauty.

Cheek Implants

Cheek Implant Surgery Information:

Price

£1300

How does chin implant surgery work?

Cheek implants can add definition to your cheekbones and improve your bone structure to give a more sculpted appearance. They can be used to add fullness and height to cheeks.

The surgery adds to your existing bone structure through the placement of a silicone implant over the top of your cheekbones. Each implant is usually inserted through an incision made inside your mouth (where your cheek joins your upper gum) which ensures there will be no visible scarring. Sometimes the implant may be inserted through a cut in the lower eyelid.

The cheek implant procedure is usually carried out under general anaesthetic, meaning you will be asleep during the procedure. It can also be performed under local anaesthetic where the area will be numb but you will be awake.

The surgery takes under two hours and you will be able to leave our clinic the same day.

What about recovery?

You will be able to leave the clinic after your procedure. Any pain is minimal although you will be given pain killers like ibuprofen and paracetamol to lessen any discomfort in the first 24 hours following surgery. Dissolvable stitches are used.

And aftercare?

You will have an aftercare appointment with your surgeon the following morning and everyday thereafter in order to check your recovery and for you to ask any questions.

Chin Reduction

Chin Reduction Surgery Information:

Price

£1750

How does chin reduction surgery work?

If you have a chin that is prominent or large in proportion to your other facial features then surgery can be undertaken in one of two ways:

For a slightly over prominent chin, a simple shaving of the chin bone may take away any undue pointedness and reduce the projection of the chin. This is undertaken through a small incision in the mouth or alternatively an incision underneath the chin.
For a larger chin, a simple shaving may cause problems with excess soft tissue and sagging (ptosis) of the tissues overlying the bone. In this case a small bone cut across the chin and movement back may be necessary. The bone of the chin is then fixed with some small plates and screws, which remain in place following healing to allow the soft tissue to remain attached to the bony chin surface.
(If you just have a double chin, the best procedure is a facelift with neck £2300)

What about recovery?

Chin surgery is usually carried out under general anaesthesia, although sometimes it can be performed under local anaesthetic with or without sedation if requested. Patients are usually discharged following a one night stay in our clinic although some patients having chin implants or a minimal chin reduction may go home the same day.
Some bruising and swelling will occur for the first few days and recovery to normal activity takes 7-14 days. The final shape of your revised chin may not be fully appreciated until a number of months following surgery when all the swelling and tissue oedema has settled.
If an intra-oral approach (where the incision was made in your mouth) is used then a soft diet is usually recommended for the first few days in order to allow the wound to heal. Antibiotics and mouthwash will usually be given and good oral hygiene is very important during this time.
Any sutures placed in the skin should be removed 6 days following surgery.

The nerves that supply sensation to the lower lip can be stretched and bruised from the procedure causing the lip to feel numb or tingly. This is usually temporary although can take weeks to months to recover and in a small number of cases can persist permanently.

And aftercare?

Some pain will be experienced and you will be given pain killers like ibuprofen and paracetamol to lessen any discomfort in the first 24 hours following surgery.
You will have an aftercare appointment with your surgeon the following morning and everyday thereafter in order to check your recovery and for you to ask any questions.

Chin Implants

Chin Enlargement Surgery Information:

Price

£1750

How does chin enlargement surgery work?

Chin implants are mainly used to add fullness and balance to a face with a receding chin. You may wish to combine chin augmentation with a face lift, nose surgery or any other facial procedure to enhance your appearance.

Chin implant surgery is a fairly simple procedure to perform. Patients can usually be discharged from our clinic post procedure, without the need for an overnight stay. The procedure normally takes approximately one hour to complete and is carried out under general anaesthetic.
The surgery involves making an incision either within the mouth, or underneath the chin. The implant is then inserted through the incision and carefully located to achieve the desired result.
The incision is closed using dissolvable stitches and a surgical dressing is applied to support the implant whilst your face heals and to reduce the risk of infection.

What about recovery?

Initially, you will experience numbness in your lower lip. There will be some discomfort and swelling in the chin and jaw area for several days after your procedure. You may initially have some difficulty smiling and talking, and you may experience a temporary stretched/tightened sensation. There may be some bruising around your chin and your neck.

If the incision was made in your mouth, you should follow a liquid and soft food diet for the first few days after surgery. Rinsing your mouth after eating will keep the dissolvable stitches clean. These will dissolve within two weeks.

Normal activity usually can be resumed around a week after surgery, although it will take around 6 weeks for all the swelling to settle down.

And aftercare?

You will have an aftercare appointment with your surgeon the following morning and everyday thereafter in order to check your recovery and for you to ask any questions.

Endoscopic Brow Lift

Endoscopic Brow-lift Surgery Information:

Price

£1600

How does brow lift surgery work?

A brow lift (sometimes called a forehead lift) removes frown lines to reveal a smoother forehead and a fresher, more youthful appearance.
The procedure will be performed using an endoscope (surgical video device) and special instruments to make small incisions along the hairline. This allows the tissue and muscle beneath the skin to be repositioned, altered or removed, thus correcting the source of visible creases and furrows in the forehead.

The incision lines from a brow lift are well concealed within the hair or natural contours of the face unless they are placed at the hairline to shorten the forehead. The results of surgery appear gradually as initial swelling and bruising subside.

What about recovery?

You will be able to leave the clinic after your procedure. Any pain is minimal although you will be given pain killers like ibuprofen and paracetamol to lessen any discomfort in the first 24 hours following surgery. Dissolvable stitches are used.

And aftercare?

You will have an aftercare appointment with your surgeon the following morning and everyday thereafter in order to check your recovery and for you to ask any questions

tattooed woman with green hair pouting at camera with cleavage on show after breast enlargement

I had an eyelift on 30th May with Adam and I am delighted with the results. I met lots of people at the clinic and they were all really pleased with their procedures.

Anna

I recently had a facelift with Adam. On return to England, I was at my golf club chatting to my friend (who is a few years younger than me). Two other women joined the conversation and proceded to ask if I was my friends daughter... Needless to say this delighted me but ruined my friends afternoon!

Thelma

The surgery was brill and my new nose looks fab. I would recommend Adam to anyone. He was so nice and so professional too. The clinic was very clean and the nurses were nice too.
