Vaginal Tightening (The Designer Vagina) from £2,100
What is a designer vagina?
“Designer vagina” is a popular, non-medical term that refers to cosmetic gynaecological surgeries that improve the appearance, comfort, function and tightness of the vulva and vagina.
The most common procedures under this catch-all term include vaginal tightening, labiaplasty, clitoral hood reduction, and others. Many women choose these treatments not only because they don’t like the appearance of their genitalia, but also to improve physical comfort, self-confidence, and sexual satisfaction.
At Europe Surgery, we offer several safe, discreet, and exceptionally effective options performed by experienced specialists.
Why Women Choose Designer Vagina Surgery
- To tighten the vaginal muscles after childbirth
- To improve sexual satisfaction and ability to orgasm
- To reduce discomfort caused by enlarged labia or excess skin
- For aesthetic confidence and symmetry
- For personal or cultural reasons (e.g. hymenoplasty)
- To mitigate urinary incontinence
What to Expect After Cosmetic Vaginal Surgery
After whichever designer vagina procedure you choose, we recommend that you use painkillers to manage any pain and rest for a week after the surgery. Swelling may linger for as long as two to four weeks, so avoid penetrative sexual intercourse for around six to eight weeks (though minore surgeries require less time). The incision should be maintained dry and clean until it heals. Consider the following to allow full healing.
- Expect some bruising, swelling and pain
- Use a stool softener, drink plenty of fluids, and eat fruits and vegetables to help to keep the stools soft and prevent constipation
- Try to stand or lie down, avoiding sitting down for the first 2 weeks
- Apply ice packs to the perineum and vulvar structures that were treated, off and on for the first 48 hours to reduce swelling
- Shower on the second or third day following surgery -no baths for 4 weeks
- No thong underwear or tight-fitting clothing for 4 weeks
- You may need to be out of work and away from your usual activities for the first week
- Limit strenuous activities for 2-3, avoid high impact activity for 1 month
- Gradually return to activities like lifting and light exercise
- No jogging or bouncing for up to 6 weeks
Virginity Restoration Procedure
Known as “the Virginity Restoration” procedure, Hymenoplasty reconstructs the hymen, a thin and fragile mucosal fold located 1-1.5 cm proximal to the vaginal entrance.
It may prevent the newborn from vaginal infections, adopted by some cultures as a symbol of virginity. It can be damaged in sex, masturbation, physical examination, straddle trauma, motor accidents, biking, riding, other exercises and sports activities or by using tampons.
Hymenoplasty is cosmetic surgery that involves repair and restoration of the injured and torn hymen. It is commonly opted by women for a number of cultural, ethical, or religious reasons. We understand that this is a sensitive issue, and your privacy is of utmost importance to us, whatever be the reason for the surgery.
Depending on the extent of damage, different suturing techniques are adopted under local anaesthesia during the cosmetic surgery, which has no side effects. Patients can leave the clinic and continue with their daily routine chores normally. However, exercise needs to be avoided for a few months to allow complete healing.
Designer Vagina Surgeries Offered By Europe Surgery
Vaginal Tightening Surgery – £2,100
This surgical procedure is ideal for women who feel their vagina is looser than before (often due to childbirth or ageing). Tightening involves condensing the underlying pelvic muscles, tightening and altering the vagina angle so as to strengthen the pelvic floor, and narrowing the vaginal canal to restore tone and sensation.
Benefits include:
- Enhanced sexual stimulation and ability to orgasm
- Improved muscle tone and pelvic floor strength
- Invisible internal scarring using dissolvable stitches
G-Spot Amplification – £700
Also known as the G-Shot, this treatment amplifies the G-spot with just a simple injection, boosting its sensitivity and improving arousal and orgasms. This involves injecting a filler into the G-spot to increase its surface area. It’s naturally absorbed by the body after around 1-2 years post-procedure and no surgery is required, just a quick injection under light sedation.
Labiaplasty – £1,550
Labiaplasty reshapes the labia minora (inner vaginal lips) or labia majora (outer vaginal lips) to reduce excess tissue, improve symmetry, or eliminate discomfort caused by clothing, exercise, or intimacy. Our modern technique preserves natural colour and contour, ensuring better-looking results with fewer complications.
Common reasons for labiaplasty surgery include:
- Labial asymmetry
- Irritation from clothing or sports
- Awkward vulvo-vaginal hygiene
- Painful sexual intercourse
Healing time is around 1–2 weeks, and most patients return to light activity within days.
Labia Majora Augmentation
Fat or hyaluronic acid injections to increase the fullness of the outer lips of the vagina.
Ageing, weight loss, or heredity causes can cause the loss of the youthful fullness of the labia majora. This is easily corrected by injecting filler or fat taken from another area of the body. This can be done alone or in conjunction with other vaginal cosmetic surgery procedures. It takes an hour while the patient is sedated, and you can resume sexual intercourse two weeks after labiaplasty.
Labia Majora Reduction
Labia majora plasty is a plastic surgery procedure, or vaginal rejuvenation, that involves reducing excess tissue around the outer labia lips. Lots of factors can cause the vulva to increase in size, with excess tissue or sagging. This can cause an unusually visible “camel toe” in tight fitting clothes like workout attire or swimming suits. Local anaesthesia and an hour is required for this labia reduction to restore a more youthful appearance.
Clitoral Hood Reduction – £1,450
This minor surgery removes excess tissue from the clitoral hood to enhance aesthetics and increase clitoral exposure, potentially improving sexual pleasure. The clitoris itself is not touched; only the surrounding tissue is sculpted. This is often done alongside labiaplasty.
Hymenoplasty (Virginity Restoration)
This procedure reconstructs the hymen, a thin membrane near the vaginal opening. It is often chosen for personal, religious, or cultural reasons. The surgery is simple, safe, and carried out under local anaesthetic. Patients can return to daily activities shortly after the procedure.
