Christine: Facelift

• “I wanted to write how pleased I am with my facelift.
• Each day following the op, you attend the clinic to be assessed and I went home one week after the op after having my stitches taken out from just above the eyelids.
• Within 3 days I could take bandages off and wash my hair.
• There was no bruising and only a small mark below the eye resembling smudged mascara which turned red and disappeared within days. Everyone was shocked because they expected me to be black and blue.
• Another lady had a facelift with Adam after me and I saw her without bandages and she looked the same as me.

Marie: Breast uplift and implants (the patient is a nurse in the UK)

I attended the clinic last June and had both breast uplift and implants by Dr Adam.

I had read extensively about the procedures and whilst the decision to have it done at this clinic was mostly the cheapness, I felt comforted by his training and experience and the positive reviews I had read.

The whole experience was excellent. He spoke fluent English and talked to me at length prior to surgery to determine exactly what appearance I wanted and the discussed any risks etc.

I have had no complications and the results and care were really good and I am currently looking to return for some liposuction.

The clinic was clean, the nurses lovely and we stayed in the Art Hotel which was gorgeous.

Wroclaw was a fab place to be and I spent the 2 days post-op pottering around the markets and Main Square which is full of restaurants and bars and great for ‘people watching’.

Lastly, I am a registered nurse and – from a clinical point of view – recommend the nursing and medical care I received. I would happily recommend the clinic to anyone and am so much more confident in myself now I have had the surgery.
